We are not an agency. We are what happens when thinking and making exist in the same room.

We started as Mungo Creative Group.
We grew into Mungo Made.
The work changed us.
We started with a strong creative and marketing background. We were good at it. We built things that worked. And then our clients started bringing us harder problems — problems where the creative solution required rethinking the strategy, where the strategy required rethinking the product, where the product required rethinking the market.
We followed the problems. And the problems led us here.
Mungo Made LTD is what you get when a creative firm stops asking ‘What do you want us to make?’ and starts asking ‘What problem is actually worth solving?’
The name changed because what we do changed. We are not a creative group anymore. We are a firm that makes things real. The word Made is in our name because it is the only thing that matters at the end of an engagement.
The word Made is not decoration. It is the promise.
Wildly different clients.
The problem is always the same.
We work with major record labels and nuclear oncologists. With pharma companies and venture-backed startups.
That should not work. The conventional wisdom is that agencies specialize, develop vertical expertise, and stay in their lane.
We are proof that conventional wisdom is wrong.
Our clients do not come to us for our industry knowledge. They come to us for the way we think. Specifically: the way we think without the assumptions that industry knowledge creates.
When you have worked in pharma for twenty years, you know what works. You also know what is impossible. We have not worked in pharma for twenty years. We have solved problems that pharma people said were impossible. The two things are related.
The same is true in music. In oncology. In startup land. The problem is always the same. The audience does not understand something they need to understand. The message is not landing. The strategy is not translating into action.
We fix that. In every vertical. With the same method.
From culture to medicine, the method does not change.
